Health Insurance

In order to have more control over what I can and cannot do for my Patients and with the goal of helping you have more control over your health care costs, I do not accept payment for services from private insurers, Medicare or Medicaid.  Please make arrangements to pay this office directly at the time of service.  I am happy to help provide documentation (exceptions are Medicare and Medicaid) for you to submit claims for insurance reimbursement but cannot guaranty that claims will be honored.  We can discuss this further, along with the costs associated with tests, x-rays and other services when we meet in person.

Cancellation policy

I schedule a lengthy time with every patient. I ask that you be considerate to me and waiting patients. If you need to change your appointment, PLEASE try to give me 24 hrs. notice.
